It's back

The iceplant that my mom started for me is back. It was completely dormant last year so I didn't get to see these beautiful blooms.

I'm not sure if it's a sign but it sure makes me happy to see something from mom in bloom again.

Really?

Saturday and Sunday I had on every freaking fan in the house because it was so hot. And the AC kicked on by 5pm. This morning, I'm yelling at Mark to keep the door closed because it's chilly. It's no wonder everyone gets sick this time of year with the weather fluctuating daily.

My little girl is not so little anymore. She has made friends with a girl 3 doors down. Her friend is in kindergarten and mama is having a tough time with this one. I am checking outside every 2 minutes just to see what she is doing and making sure she is in my sight. This is not so easy while nursing Andon. So today, he is getting a bottle. Not that he minds, he just wants food. Anyhow, it is freaking me out having her out of my eyeline at all times. I know I'm probably being paranoid, but yikes this is a crazy world I'm raising these kiddos in.

Mark and I were married 8 years ago today. It really does seem like just yesterday my parents were walking me down the aisle. Now we have two beautiful children making 0ur family complete. Happy Anniversary Mark! I love you!

Mama, where's my food?

Andon waited very patiently for me to feed him at lunch today. Shocking really, he usually yells and waves his hands to get me to start shoveling food into his mouth.
