More pictures

We took the kids to get pictures taken today. I wanted to get studio pics of Andon at 6 months, just like Sierra.

Andon didn't mind the pictures with Sierra but he sure hated the solo ones. He is a boy who loves company and to be held. Sierra sure has changed from that 9month old who refused to get pictures. Enjoy!

Mark and I took the kids to Target this afternoon. While we were there we got an invitation to join my niece at McDonalds for dinner so after that we headed home to find this . . .

Gunner decided to help himself to 2 FULL boxes of Triscuits, 3 bags of Goldfish, 1 bag of Dried Mango, the remaining Teddy Grahams, a box of animal crackers, and a gallon Ziploc bag of either chips or saltines. My nice, full shelf of Sierra snacks is now reduced to this.

Been a while . . .

Andon had his 6 month checkup this morning. He is 17.7 lbs and 27 inches long. His Ped said he looks good. I had to take him last Wednesday because he was barky. Nothing wrong with his lungs, but he did have his 2nd ear infection. Hopefully it's just a first winter thing that will go away soon. He is rolling all over the place and getting pretty good at sitting up. He has no desire to be left alone, so there are lots of screams happening (mine and his!) while mom tries to get things done around the house. He loves to eat! I told Mark last night if Andon decides to play football when he gets older Mark will have to get a second job just to keep him fed.

Sierra is in her 2nd half of Pre-K already. We registered her for kindergarten on January 26th. I can't believe it's that time already. She continues to make friends and have fun at school. She started dance class on January 5th. It is a Ballet/Tap/Tumbling combo. She really enjoys that because they get to sing too. Aunt Amy and I took her to see The Lion King at Gammage on January 31st. She is going to be my musical/theatre partner. She is such a grown up. Right now she is nagging me to get out her Hannah Montana valentines so that she can sign her name for school. So impatient and bossy, I just don't know where she gets it from. :)

Let's give this a shot

Well the family website my hubby set up just wasn't what I wanted so I thought I'd give blogging a try. I won't promise to update this everyday because it just won't happen. I'm shooting for once a week for now. With 2 kiddos to take care of I think that's all I can commit to for now. Update on the kids coming soon!
